Natasha Benninger

Natasha began working in the accounting industry in 1987 as an accounting administrator for an environmental firm. She joined Garbarino Associates in 2003 and became involved in accounting, payroll, and income tax preparation services for individuals and businesses. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Joe received his B.A. from Elon College in North Carolina in 1982 and a Master’s degree in City Management from East Tennessee State University in 1985. He previously served as City Manager in Spring City, TN, and Deputy Mayor in Binghamton, NY. He is licensed as an Enrolled Agent (EA)* by the Internal Revenue Service and a Registered Financial Advisor. He joined Garbarino Associates in 1990 and acquired ownership in 1996.
